Hi! I’m Sari.

A mom and Registered Dietitian from New York City and the founder of Fun With Food.

I am all about taking the stress out of eating healthfully with an eye on making it fun for everyone in your family (even if they don't like vegetables).

I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science from NYU and did my Dietetic Internship at Queens College. I live in NYC with my husband and two sometimes picky kids. In addition to my private and group coaching, I see patients at Premier Pediatrics in NYC.

  • Take Stock

    We start by getting your family’s feeding baseline. Who’s eating when? Who cooks/shops/plans? What does feeding look like NOW in your family?

  • Build a Plan

    Next we take that information and build a feeding structure for your family. This includes meal scheduling, planning, boundaries, and action steps

  • Refine & Maintain

    This “last” step is an ongoing one where we troubleshoot the structure we’ve built and continue to keep tabs on how feeding your family evolves with time
